Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid work-type)

Compensation: Up to $150K base + bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Develop and implement policies, controls, and process improvements to support rapid growth.
• Provide critical project management support, including revenue recognition (POC 606), variance analysis, and financial oversight.
• Partner with operations, sales, and HR to drive efficiencies and build scalable processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Industry Expertise: Strong background in construction or manufacturing, with expertise in standard costing and multidimensional accounting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced financial practices.
• Leadership: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating structure, and leads with a collaborative mindset.
• Credentials: Bachelor’s in Accounting; 5-7+ years in senior accounting roles. CPA is a bonus but not required.
