Position: Director of Corporate FP&A

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (relocation offered)

Compensation: ~$200K base + 20-25% bonus + ~$40K equity + robust benefits

An elite financial powerhouse financial institution is seeking a Director of Corporate FP&A to own high-level strategic financial planning and modeling. Reporting directly to the SVP, this role is a high-impact, highly visible position with direct collaboration with C-suite and finance leadership.

This is not a business-unit FP&A role—it’s a true corporate finance leadership position, handling consolidated forecasting, asset/liability management, capital liquidity, and profitability strategy. 🔹 Ideal Candidate:

✅ 10+ years of corporate FP&A experience (not just BU-level)

✅ Banking/financial services background is required

✅ Strong understanding of bank balance sheets, operations, and profitability drivers

✅ CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
